Don't you find it so refreshing to see someone in the public eye who has it so obviously together and works hard to keep it that way?I was rooting for the Saints last night because I told NOLA girl she had my support all the way after her awesome advice on a trip we are planning there. After seeing Drew Brees with his little boy and wife last night, I knew my support was in the right place. He talked about what a great year he had with NUMBER ONE THE BIRTH OF HIS SON and then the Superbowl win. Love that. So happy to see someone so deserving watch his hardwork pay off. And who doesn't love a little pint size jersey on a baby, what a sweet family!

Aren't they just the sweetest family? In these days of Tigers and Kobes, it is so beautiful to see a guy like Drew Brees in the public eye. When he was fighting back tears as he held his son and pointed out all of the things he was seeing, I couldn't help be feel such warmth and pride for he and Brittany. First family of New Orleans for sure!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Superbowl support!
And I can't wait to hear what yall decide to do in NOLA!!! We leave Wednesday for Mardi Gras, and are praying for good weather! If I find any new must-trys I'll let you know!!
That was the sweetest thing ever! Hope your having a great day girl! XOXO
ReplyDeleteThat was so sweet! I loved seeing him holding his son the whole time :)
ReplyDeleteA great ending to a great game, and it was SO NICE to see New Orleans take home the win after all that has happened to that city. Talk about indomitable spirit! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI also love your blog! So funny and fun, I'm always happy when a new post pops up in my reader!
I loved his interaction with his son - what a great way to end the game!
ReplyDeleteCute shot!
ReplyDeleteThe interaction with his son was touching. I was crying watching him cry and relish his moment. Thank God there are some good ones out there still.
ReplyDeleteI loved that too. Drew Brees is an amazing man. I'm pretty new here and I live in south Louisiana. Hope you have fun in NOLA.
ReplyDeleteNew to your blog, I mean. Not new to Louisiana.
