Seriously?

I get this online weekly newsletter that lets me know whether or not my baby is an overachiever or already falling by the wayside at 11 weeks and there is a snippet called "Overheard in the Community". This weeks went as follows:

Overheard in the Community

"I wish I could find more mothers whose family is their number one priority and whose idea of an exciting night is movie night with your kids or something. Why in today's society is it so widely accepted for parents to go out and come home drunk to their kids or to constantly get babysitters?" - Ashley S.

Clearly, Ashley S., most kid-free nights out with my husband don't result with this breakfast conversation the next morning:

First, I would love to know where Ashley S. lives that she is seeing this, because as Tina Fey would say "I want to go to there"(KIDDING!!!) and second, I can only assume that Ashley S. lives in some remote part of the world in the land of no grandparents or trustworthy babysitters :( Our living room has been the site of many a homemade fort in the last 5 years, and the inside of the fort has seen a glass of wine, and I know for a fact my husband and I are our 5 year old's favorite people. Except for Grandpa, but his bankroll's bigger, so I get it.
