There is a little section of my brain where all these "phrases I never thought would ever leave my lips" are filed. This afternoon this file got a little larger.
Me: "Buddy, I know how much you love playing the Wii, but if you could pause it while you go to the bathroom, instead of attempting to play it and pee at the same time, it would make the time when Mommy cleans the powder room MUCH less interesting".

ReplyDeleteFor the life of me I cannot remember how I originally found your blog, but the name was an instant eye-catcher. I was hooked! Thank you for your acerbic wit and honesty about motherhood. I have yet to stop laughing after this latest post, and as we're preparing to potty train my scallywag, I can only imagine how many glasses of wine I may need at the end of each day. Thanks for keeping it real and reminding me to laugh~life's too short to take it too seriously.
