
Change the 30 minutes to 9 weeks and you have a better idea of what is going on. I am growing this baby (remember??). This baby is getting a room, more commonly known as a nursery. Again, VERY common. This room has 2 windows that need window treatments. I order 2 valances to be monogrammed on 8/21 from a website specializing in custom window treatments. The shipping time says 2-3 weeks. No problem there, since its only August. Only now its the end of October and still no valances. So I have paid for window treatments and engaged in the email war/exchange of a lifetime but have nothing to show for it. I have been told that they were completed on 3 different occasions in September and 2 in October and that I should really give her the benefit of the doubt instead of assuming that she has just taken my money, that she has more pressing customers since my baby isn't even due yet, and to stay off of the phone with FedEx and stop being such a busybody. I am trying to take the high road and not actually reveal the name of the woman's company, but please BEWARE she does have an ETSY shop. You'll know it if you find it because of the feedback involving how long the orders took. My husband finally got her on the phone, but now that she knows what his number is she won't return his calls. So beware, you get what you pay for....oh wait, No you Dont!!!
