If you want to see your husband lie awake at night...

Make sure he hears those words from an ultrasound technician about 12 hours earlier! We are obviously thrilled that we have a healthy baby cooking for a debut in late December, but to say my husband was shocked would be an understatement. There has not been a female born into his family in quite some time. I'm talking generations. They marry in, but they do not get produced. Until now. Tips, tricks, and general advice about how he can survive swimming in the estrogen ocean would be greatly appreciated!

  4. That's so exciting! Girls are the best...well, I AM a little biased. :) I'm the oldest of six girls (no boys) and have two daughters. :)

  8. I love this! Congrats! My husbands family is the same way and he's convinced we will never have a girl. It's a 50/50 shot buddy!
