so Elvis(our Elf on the Shelf) flew back for his 1st report to Santa last night. This morning when he reappeared our little boy said "Aw crap. That elf is back, and now he just heard me say crap. crap." Apparently the elf is only effective in curing bad behaviour and not curing a 4 year old potty mouth!

ReplyDeleteROTFLMAO My four year old was watching the Packers play and a commercial came on where they said, "son of a" and then stopped. He looked at me and said, "Son of a bi#ch about the packers". I looked at him in my best feigned shocked expression, and told him that was a "Bad" word. I attribute that to his father. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove it! We got an elf on the shelf this year from my mother-in-law, but I don't think my 19 month old will understand it (and boy do I wish she could, these early "terrible two" tantrums are the worst!).
