I was pretty sure we would be okay, but there was a little corner of my head filled with doubt because I have a husband and a son, therefore the insatiable urge to set stuff on fire and/or blow it up is present and especially hard to fight when there is a deep fryer involved. Here's hoping everyone else reading (all 10 of you) had an equally perfect day!
