Joe Knows...

I've been stepping out with another man. His name is Joe and we are IN LOVE!! For some reason every employee there thinks a three year old attempting to log roll across the wine aisle while shouting,"All Hands on Deck!" is cute, or at least tolerable. The samples keep that same creative 3 year old occupied when he's not on his "pirate ship". We had the most fab dinner tonight from items that I essentially grabbed at random while trying to peel off this very same 3 year old off another lady's cart.

Pasta with Roasted Vegetables and Chicken Sausage

1 package grill ready vgetables (with the salad and prepared vegetables)

1 package spicy italian chicken sausage (same area)

1 nest spinach and chive pasta (pasta aisle)

Cut up vegetables Julienne style right out of the package

Thinly slice sausage

Place all ingredients on baking sheet, toss vegetables with olive oil to coat(add S&P if so desire)

Roast at 400 for 20 minutes

Cook pasta according to package directions

Drain pasta, place in bowl, top with chicken and vegetables, sprinkle feta cheese on top. Enjoy!
