Yes, you read correctly, birthday week....I love a good Long celebration. So let's start early and kick it off with a give away. Southern Caviar
1 small bottle of Zesty Italian (I use Kraft)
1 can of white, whole kernal corn
1 can of black beans
1 can of black eyed peas
1 can of Rotel (spicyness of your choice!!)
1 cup of chopped celery
handful of chopped jalapenos (I like a lot of 'em!!)
Dashes of Frank's or Texas Pete
**I usually switch it up and will add 2 cans of one of the beans or corn, depending on the mood I'm in that day**
Use with Tortilla Scoops
I NEVER leave with a full bowl of this!! It's always a hit!!!

If it's an appetizer ... hmmm,I'm gonna have to try Charlotte's Southern Caviar! I am having a few friends over tomorrow to celebrate a friend's anniversary... I think this Southern Caviar will be on our table!
