What is she thinking?!?

I begin a LOT of conversations with "did you see the Today show today?" or "Today on Oprah..." so this really is no different than a real conversation I would be having. So....this morning on the Today show I heard a story about Madlyn Primoff a frustrated mother who was tired of her daughters fighting in the car. So, naturally, she pulled and ordered them out of the car and promptly DROVE OFF! What in the hell was she thinking???? The 12 year old ran after the car and Mother of the Year Madlyn let her back inside the car. The 10 year old did not immediately follow suit, so Mommy Dearest just drove away. She said she was "only 3 miles from home". She called the police and reported the child missing to which the police responded"umm, no you psycho, she's here in police custody." She was then arrested for endangering the welfare of a minor. Someone had seen the whole thing go down, took the child for icecream to calm her down and then to the police station. Thank God for good samaritans, but this could have just as easily ended up like the beginning of SVU where you see a molester van hastily fleeing the scene. The kicker, Mommy Primoff is an attorney at a big Manhattan firm. Hope she knows a good lawyer...
